We are non-political, and non-religious and welcome members from all walks of life. As an official Rotary partner, we abide by Rotary's core values and guiding principles. They inspire us to foster and support the ideal of service for developing and maintaining high ethical standards in human relations. We regularly use the Four-Way Test to monitor our projects.

The Four-Way Test is a nonpartisan and nonsectarian ethical guide for Rotarians to use for their personal and professional relationships. The test has been translated into more than 100 languages, and Rotarians recite it at club meetings:
